Our reception is open from 10 am until 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
If you plan to arrive after 6 pm (Monday to Friday) or during the weekend, then please contact us beforehand to schedule a meeting to hand over the keys to your apartment.

- Travel information

If you are coming to Warsaw for the first time, we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall, and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. The cost of the service is EUR 23. Please let us know in advance, should you require our pick-up service. You can also take a bus that will take you from the airport to the city centre, number 175.
