For those wishing to be in the centre of Warsaw you cannot beat the Royal Route Residence. Right outside your door you have Warsaw’s premier shopping street, Nowy Swiat.

This residence consists of 15 independent apartments and is a fantastic alternative to a traditional hotel. These comfortable apartments all have fully equipped kitchens and a wide range of modern amenities, including free internet access.

You will find Warsaw’s best restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques within 1 minute walk. Opposite the building there is Warsaw’s best known nightlife area in the Foksal St. The main business district is located on one side and the Old Town is in the other direction, both are accessible by foot.

Travel information :

Royal Route Residence offers its guests an airport pick up service. A hotel representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, and will bring you safely to your apartment. The cost of the service is EUR 23. Please contact the hotel in advance if you wish to make use of this service.

You can also take bus 175 from the airport to the city centre.

Important information :

Please note that the reception is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Should your arrival be outside office hours, please contact Royal Route Residence in advance.

Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to late check-in fees.

Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments.

At check-in you will be asked to fill out a registration form, settle the payment, and provide your credit card details or pay a refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay.

In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments) or reservations for more than 14 days, terms and conditions may be different from the hotel's standard policies (possible prepayment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies.

Hotel information :

Our reception is open from 10 am until 6 pm from Monday to Friday.

If you plan to arrive after 6 pm (Monday to Friday) or during the weekend, then please contact us beforehand to schedule a meeting to hand over the keys to your apartment.

The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, with no elevator.

Food & beverage :

The location of the Royal Route Residence gives you access to Warsaw best restaurants. You could taste a different country's cuisine every day.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Meal Plan: Breakfast costs PLN 31.30 per person per night.
Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
Creditcards: The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
