Regina's Exclusive Villas

The location has been carefully chosen for its confined attributes privacy, access, services, amenities and aesthetics. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some stunning views to the countryside and the sea (2.5 km) in the background.

The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, including organic produce, a supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry and dry cleaners, an animal ranch with horse and donkey rides and even go-carting.

Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants.

Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca 15 km. The International Airport is 20 km away, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within 30 minutes, Limassol in 45 minutes and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.

All the villas are furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards and they feature:

Upstairs
Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. 2 or 3 twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating at an extra cost to be paid locally.

Ground Floor
Large living/dining room with common amenities, French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool as well as a guests toilet.

Exterior
Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.

The Royal Villas in addition feature a sauna (coin operated) DVD player, stereo, hair dryer with beautiful views to mature and colourful gardens. Royal Villa guests receive a welcome gift.

When you have enough of lazing by the private pool and you fancy a dip in the sea the “Oroklini Public Beach” is only a few minutes away by car (2.5 km).

It's amenities include showers, changing rooms, coffee bar etc. Umbrellas and sun beds can be obtained for as little as CYP 2 per person for the whole day.

From Larnaca International Airport (20 minutes):
- At the 1st roundabout, just outside the airport, turn right for Larnaca.
- At the next roundabout turn left following signs for Nicosia.
- Follow the main road which after 5 minutes' drive will take you outside Larnaca and through Aradippou village.
- At the 4th roundabout, which is a large roundabout after passing the police station on your left, take the 3rd exit for Ayia Napa.
- Turn left at the 3rd exit for Oroklini (Voroklini) Village.
- Follow the road until you reach the middle of the village and pass the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus after about 100 metres.
- At the next junction turn right (take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the road into the centre of the village.)
- Follow the road outside the village and you will see a block of flats, The Mediterranian Sunrise. Keep the flats on your right and the road leads to Regina’s Exclusive Villas.

Once you are in the Village there are several directional signs leading to Regina’s Exclusive Villas.

From Paphos International Airport (2 hours):
- Take the motorway for Limassol/Nicosia.
- Once you pass Limassol after approximately 25 minutes turn right taking the motorway for Larnaca.
- At the 1st roundabout in the outskirts of Larnaca take the 2nd turning on the left for Nicosia.
- At the next roundabout go under the bridge, taking the motorway for Ayia Napa.
- Turn left at the 3rd exit for Oroklini Village.
- Follow the road until you reach the middle of the village and continue as above.
