Prague's only authentic steak house, Cowboys is the brainchild of restaurateur Nils Jebens, who is also the father of the more the more exclusive Kampa Park.
The popular Czech destination is set within a complex of 17th century cellars, which come complete with exposed brick arches.
Importing the best meat from all over the world, those who are not big fans of steak can indulge in some other highlights from the menu including salads, pastas, chicken, lamb pork as well as vegetarian burgers and fresh fish for those who want to steer away from meat completely.
And the venue also boasts an extensive wine list and a great dessert menu, complete with a selection of American cheesecakes and chocolate brownies for the sweet-toothed diner.
During the weekends the in-house cocktail bar means that the eatery becomes more lively than its fairly relaxed weekday atmosphere, also offering a range of special shots.
Cowboys is located nearby Prague Castle, one of the world's biggest castles, with a rich history and housing the crown jewels of the Bohemian Kingdom.
