Not recommended for those of a nervous disposition, the London Dungeon is one of the scariest attractions in England's capital.
The macabre museum recalls past tragedies including the Great Plague and the fire of London and atrocities including the infamous murders carried out by Jack the Ripper.
This notorious Victorian killer is remembered with a new exhibition, where visitors can enter a replica Victorian neighbourhood, complete with stinking slums and evidence of his terrible crimes.
Sound effects, anamatronics and waxworks add to the terrifying experience of the Traitor Boat Ride to Hell, while those who really like a scare can check out the world's largest and scariest mirror maze - the Labyrinth of the Lost.
While visitors experience simulated horror from history, there is also an element of humour embedded in the exhibitions.
All the people that work at the Dungeon are dressed in costume to add to the authenticity of the experience.
The London Dungeon is situated just near London Bridge station.
