There are also nine guest rooms adapted for guest with special needs. Each of these rooms has a zip-and-link king size bed, with legs and castors, which can be twinned if required. The bathroom includes a roll in shower with flip down seat, emergency bell and a specially adapted wash basin and toilet.

Fair trade coffee, hot chocolate and tea selection are also served.
