The hotel is adjacent tot the Telford International Centre and is within walking distance of the Telford Shopping Centre, which has 200 acres of parkland, a cinema, bowling alley and ice rink.
Within a short 20 minute drive you can find the Ironbridge Gorge, RAF Cosford Airbase, Weston Park and the medieval town of Shrewsbury. The hotel also has heavily discounted tickets for other local attractions.

By car:
- From the M54 exit at junction 4 and take the 2nd exit signposted Telford town centre.
- At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight on) and follow the road for approximately 200 metres.
- At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit along Queen Elizabeth Avenue. The Holiday Inn is situated at the following roundabout.
