The buses going along the coastal roads stop just 100 meters from Villa Marina, so if you are coming by bus there is no need for a taxi. The beach is 50 meters away, and a part of it is reserved for our guests. Deck chairs are available for free.

There are double beds in each room and there is enough space for one extra bed.

Inside the hotel there is small bar for hotel guests only. Also dinner and lunch can be served upon prior arrangement. Just tell our chef what food you would like.

Sukosan is situated close to various wonderful places that are worth a visit.
4 national parks and 3 nature parks are no more than a 1,5-h drive or ride by boat away. In Sukosan you can enjoy lots of activities during summer, local food and folklore festivals. In the nearby city of Zadar there are many museums and historic sites.

The villa is very easy to reach by car or taxi. It is a 10-minute ride from Zadar airport and about a 15-minute ride from the Zadar ferry terminal and the bus terminal. Every bus towards Sibenik, Split or Dubrovnik stops 50 metres from the villa.
It is possible to arrange a transfer to the villa upon prior request at an additional cost.

Check In: 14:00 hours Check Out: 11:00 hours Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
