Staff was friendly and helpful especially (cant think of her name right now, but she had a British accent)
Everyone acted like they really wanted us there.
Difficult to charge our equipment if you were not in the room.

The hotel's central location made visting Sorrento and environs easy. Then, on returning home in the evening,because the hotel backs on greenspace - a ravine - it is perfectly quiet after dark. A perfect combination. Our main reason for staying here was reviews by previous vistitors on Tripadvisor.
Breakfast staff were efficient but could also be classed as tour guides for their helpful directions and suggestions about what to see (all the while cheerfully doing their hard work of getting guests fed)

Loved it. 2 min walk to the centre of town. The rooms were huge and the staff were excellent. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Loved every minute. Also great value. 5min walk to harbour to catch ferry over to Capri. |
