A business meeting in the lobby bar, rest from the exhausting days in the colourful, professionally arranged garden or releasing the pressure in the fitness gym –Bulgaria Apartment House offers a variety of activities for the needs and good mood of its guests. It is a non-typical and preferred place for short-tern business visit or for long-term accommodation in the big city.

With the care of a good host, every employee would assist the guests in the multiple daily challenges in an unknown city or state with information about the cultural events of the city, the emblematic bars, restaurants and shops or just the closest pharmacy.

The tenants may choose between four main types of apartments from 66 to 182 m2. The Business apartments have a living-room, а dining-room with a kitchen corner, one bed-room and a bath with a tub. The Family apartments offer a second bed-room, and the Royal apartments have three bed-rooms. Apart from the three separate bed-rooms, the Royal Deluxe apartments will charm you with their more spacious and luxurious living- and dining rooms.

The spacious living-rooms with a dining room are equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a cooker with an absorber, elegant utensils, coffee machine, toaster, electric jug, iron and ironing board.

In the bistro Jardin you can delight in healthy cuisine in a gratifying and informal sunny atmosphere and take a glass of your favourite drink in company of partners, colleagues and friends.
It offers International cuisine in a modern interior with 46 seats at the saloon and 45 seats at the cozy garden.

The city offers many places of special interest. As one of the oldest capital cities in Europe, it blends its past and present in a remarkable architectural style. Historic landmarks include the 10th-century Boyana Church (one of the UNESCO World Heritage protected sites), the Alexander Nevski Cathedral (one of the world's largest Orthodox churches), the Rotonda of St. George, The Banya Bashi Mosque, The Sofia Synagogue and the early Byzantine Church of St. Sophia. More modern architecture is represented by the Bulgarian National Opera and Ballet, the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, The Sts. Kilril and Metodii National Library, the Rakovski St theatre district, Slaveykov Square's outdoor book market, and the NDK, which is Southeastern Europe's largest cultural and congressional centre. There are 16 universities in the city, among them Sofia University, founded in 1888. Sofia is the see of an Eastern Orthodox and of a Roman Catholic diocese.

Arriving by plane:
Sofia international airport, 10 km east of the city center, is a small place with limited facilities. The arrivals hall boasts a café, care-hire counters, an ATM and a 24-hour exchange bureau.
