Check-out:	07:00 - 12:00 hours
Cancellation Policy:	If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:	All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:	9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Meal Plan:	Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Pets:	Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Creditcards:	The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
