New management for Hotel Sa Palmera located in the Nature Reserve Ses Salines, on Ibiza island. The hotel consists of 11 rooms decorated in the characteristic Ibiza style, with private bathrooms, and a few incredible views of the most glamorous area of Ibiza.
We have a system that includes accommodation, a typical Ibiza breakfast, car rental service, ample parking, room service, and an exclusive restaurant where you can taste the best organic ingredients prepared by professionals with extensive experience in a new gastronomy style.

Our restaurant offers a style of cuisine, which merges the best fresh ingredients with the new style cuisine, taking care especially of the freshness and quality from seed until the product reaches the plate of our customers, (we have our own organic vegetable garden).
We are the only ones on the island to have an exclusive agreement for the famous meat Valles del Esla, from free-range livestock bred in limited numbers in the mountains in Leon.
We also offer Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting our rice, home made pasta and fish.

One of the island’s most glamorous beaches, often visited by the rich and famous, is just 600 metres from the hotel. In the surrounding area you can enjoy activities such as canoeing, horseback riding, diving and boating. Ibiza Town is 15 km away.

From Ibiza there is a public bus, with a frequency of 20 minutes, which leaves you at the gates of the hotel, passing by Jan Jordi de Ses Salines, St. Frances de Ses Salines and finally on the beach at Ses Salines.
