Tudor Restaurant: No doubt, once the venue of many a raucous banquet, today it is the unique setting for candlelit dining, where under the expert supervision of the Chef, our carefully selected menus offer a wide range of dishes. Cotswold Bar: With log fires in autumn through spring, ceiling beams and a bar which has been fashioned from a highly carved tridarn or Welsh dresser dated 1681 our bar provides the atmosphere of a traditional English inn. Full bar snack menu available with the best baguettes in the county!
The Conservatory & Patio: Bar snacks and refreshments are available in our conservatory which overlooks our seated patio area and gardens. You can also enjoy our bar snack menu on the patio or in the garden.

Symonds Yat is within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has been known for years as a destination ideal for getting away from it all.
Close to the main A40, situated between Ross and Monmouth, access by car is quick and easy. Within a 5-minute walk you'll feel like you have never been anywhere so beautiful.

An ideal base from which to explore the Wye Valley, to visit the historic market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth, and the world famous Tintern Abbey. The cities of Cardiff, Bristol, Gloucester and Hereford are all within 45 minutes by car, and nearby areas of outstanding natural beauty include the Royal Forest of Dean and the Brecon Beacons National Park. At Symonds Yat West and within walking distance of the River Wye with boat trips, and host of other tourist attractions, including the Jubilee Maze.
