There are 6 deluxe rooms on the 5th floor of this noble building, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet access, soundproofing and an en suite bathroom with a hydro-massage jacuzzi shower, in addition to the listed facilities.

There is a daily cleaning service and a change of bed and bathroom linen every 3 days, (it is possible, upon request to carry out the linen change every day - this is at an additional cost).

A continental breakfast buffet is available and the B&B has an agreement with a selection of typical Italian restaurants nearby, offering you a 10% discount on your meals.

Many restaurants, wine bars, rotisseries, pubs and snack bars are within walking distance. The hotel also has agreements with car and motorcycle rental agencies. Cinemas, theatres and many shops are within walking distance of the hotel, as are banks, a post office, a chemist, a mini-market and a supermarket.

There are 3 important churches nearby: S. Maria Degli Angeli (in front of the station); S. Maria Maggiore (dating from the 4th century); and S. Pietro in Vincoli, where you can visit one of history's most important sculptures - Moses by Michelangelo.

By Air:
From Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) International Airport: there is a shuttle train every 30 minutes (called Air-Terminal Leonardo Express). Located at the end of platform 24, at the Ferrovie Laziali terminal, Leonardo Express is the direct train that links the station with the airport. It links the airport with the Termini Station (300 metres from the B&B).

From Ciampino Airport: via train and bus, the CO.TRA.L bus service links the airport with the Ciampino Station. Here, the train leaves from the station every 15 minutes and arrives at the Termini Station.

There is also a shuttle bus service available from Ciampino Airport called Terravision Service.

By Train:
Termini Station offers train connections all over Italy. The B&B is a 3-minute walk from the station. It has access to all the underground lines (A and B) and it is the main bus terminal in Rome.

A private car park (at an additional cost) is located 100 metres from the B&B.

Public transport (Metro and bus) is a minute’s walk from the hotel.

Payment Information:
An advance payment of 30% is required for stays of more than 5 nights. This amount is not refundable.

To confirm the reservation, the B&B only accepts Visa, Mastercard and Cartasi.

On booking please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival (check-ins after 21:00pm on request).

The B&B reception is open from 08:00 to 16:00 and is happy to receive guests at any hour if you give them the approximate arrival time. Arrivals after 21:00 will be charged an additional cost which is required to be paid in cash on arrival.
