The room was worth the price.
The restaurant had too limited a menu and what was offered was not up to the standards of other hotels in which I've stayed at CDG.... so, my recommendation to others is to stay at Pullman if the price suits your budget but don't expect anything special in the way of food if you want a nice dinner..

I found the staff extremely courteous & helpful. I had dinner in the restaurant, the food was very good and the staff excellent.
BEDS WERE AMAZING!! Bathroom facilities clean & well equipped also tea & coffee making availability was very welcome.
Altogether a very positive experience.
Not really the hotel, however the driver of the shuttle bus I caught from the railway station could have been a liitle more helpful.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and the comfy bed.
For the price, and the four stars, the room was small, and did not live up to it's four star billing.

Wait staff were friendly
Night shift manager was extremely helpfull inspite of some problems getting to the hotel
Reservation manager was extremely unfriendly and would not allow a change even when I requested one 10 days in advance of mny arrival.
Problem was due to travel issues and there was no flexibility on her part
about changing my reservation.

In general it was OK, however the sink was clogged and the personnel at the reception was not readily available.
