This email replaces your guest questionnaire.
1. Basically , you have a lovely hotel. But you fall down in certain aspects which should not happen in a five star hotel.
2. I went to breakfast yesterday morning in your lovely restaurant BUT you had horrid yellow paper serviettes on the tables-and on top of horrid pale pink/purple mats.
You're a five star hotel -don't ruin it by penny pinching on detail!.
3. I ate at 8.30am at a table from which i could see the Freedom Monument.
I need loads of tea because i come from Yorkshire in England. Your waitresses did their best to hide from me and even when i held up my hand twice the waitress ignored me. They hid behind a wooden area so no-one could see them. They should have been out in the restaurant to see what their customers wanted. You're a service industry!
4. With the cost of your hotel it is shocking that you charge extra for fruit juices for breakfast. And your iced water was warm!
5. My partner and i visited the bar to cash in our vouchers for a glass of champagne. The barman was sat in a room behind the bar reading a book until i called for him. This was not a good impression for the hotel! He should have been behind the bar waiting for custom-even if it took some time to come.
And when our champagne came , one glass was good and bubbly but the other was flat. The barman made a fuss about giving me a second glass that bubbled.

In a great spot on edge of old town and easy access for pick ups by work people in cars. Felt safe even with a street riot outside and two rows of riot police outside the hotel. Breakfast excellent. |

The location, the general atmosphere, the serviceminded consierge.
My TV did not work and the repair took so long that I never had a TV available.
The intenet connection was quite unreliable, which interferred with my work.
It was very hard to find the gym and the sauna despite the info binder in the room.
