Everything else was great except for the fact that I twice specifically asked for a room with 2 separate beds and each time I was given a room with a kingsize bed instead. When travelling with an older relative, this was definitely uncomfortable for us both, and I wish that if indeed the hotel has no rooms with 2 separate beds they would have informed me about this instead of completely ignoring my request. |

The Central Plaza is a very nice ,clean Hotel, well located.The staff were polite,friendly and very helpful.I would use this Hotel again.

First time in Zurich. The hotel's location close to Bahnhof was fantastic. Restaurant was a lovely surprise - great food, terrific ambience. Assistance in establishing internet was much appreciated.

i have been stay in your hotel since 1989, so that means i do like very much, i come to zurich once a month and when i do not sty with you is because you don not have room available. keep up the good work and i love the new style of room 101, modern and cosy at the same time.

The location and the standing of the hotel are excellent. |

I think that the wardrobe, according with the standing of the hotel, could be larger and more confortable. I usually like buffet breakfasts rather than menu served ones (it is only a personal preference, not a dislike of the hotel service) |

our stay was very pleasant. staff was courteous and helpful and location could not be better. we have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
