Best Western Palace Hotel Zandvoort

Good clean hotel good value for the money.

	Big room great breakfast choice

Compared to other Best western Hotels, this was the worst I had ever experienced.

	The location direct by the sea is favourable.
	The room was much too small and lokked to the wrong side. The bathroom was horrible, representing 60`s comfort, being rebuildt into the room later

Fantastic location, room quite reasonable, would be a great place if not for the unfriendliness and complacance of the staff. Garbage left in hallways for entire day and night, and customer lift (with customers) used very frequently for open garbage trollies. Breakfast was lovely, view excellent, but most staff acted as if the guests were a huge inconvenience.
