arogant people in reception, not function climatisation

Great facilities, spaciuos rooms anf very friendly and helpfull staff.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Antunovic. The hotel is very clean, and the customer service excellent. WE had a lovely buffet breakfast with a number of fresh choices! We also used the Wellness centre facilities and were thrilled with the saunas and pool!

	The ventilation system in our room could have been a little better.

Customer Service Manager My experience from the hotel is not very good because when we coming to the hotel at 22.30 we going to the reception show and team the vouchers from your site the said that the not gat the inviting from your company and we are in problem because the not have place and it's full booked. I said to them that it's there problem because I have the vouchers and we not have place to slip. After 40 min that we not moved from the reception "suddenly" the find 3 room's. I wan't to say that the room after that was very good and clean and the charge from has the price that we got in your site. Thank you,

The hotel itself is very nice. It was a bit further from the centre than we had realised. If travelling by car probably not a bother. There is a direct tram but it takes at least half an hour and is usually pretty crowded. The location is not brilliant in terms of being away from the old town and being located right on what appears to be a motorway next to an Opel dealership. And the area is not picturesque as it is mainly residential flats (Edmonton Green comes to mind). However there is a huge supermarket in the same strip which is handy and across the "motorway" there are lots of cafe bars where the you can sip and watch the world pass by. We also discovered a great pizza place not far away - directed by the receptionist.

	basic rooms are roomy & nicely furnished. The small gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms are free + nibbles of dried and fresh fruit, nuts, fruit teas for afterwards. Good buffet breakfast included - breads are exceptional. Main restaurant - very good food and services at a reasonable price. Great rock & roll band on every Thursday in Vertigo.
	Room was too hot. After 2 sleepless nights found reception could adjust. Would have been handy if this was mentioned.Vertigo bar on the top floor has windows all round. Friday and Sat nights party nights. Great if you want to join in but not to sleep. Friday:till 2am, Sat beyond that. Better to have disco in the basement.

According to your web-pages the parking fee is 10€ per day. However we had to pay 6 kuna per hour/ allmost 20€ per day.
