Ramada Encore York

I was very happy with my choice. Location couldn't be better and the staff was super; always smiling , helpful and pleasant. I will recommend it to my friends and if I come to York again,and I hope I will , I will definetally stay at the Ramada Encore York.

Excellent position as a convenient and economic base to visit York

	Ease of check in at drop off zone and handy parking. Good continental breakfast. good bathroom
	room was very basic in need of decoration

we enjoyed our stay at Ramada York. Very central

	we liked the room. comfortable and spacious.
	We would have liked somewhere to put our underwear. Some drawers would have been nice. Had problems with central heating, kept blowing cold air even when at high temperature so we had to close it altogether most times

good, easy to find

	Bathroom was beautiful and staff friendly and helpful
	The noise from the next room, the guests were not unreasonably load but the noise travelled

I liked it. I will come back.

We were five Norwegian ladies standing at the Ramada Encore, York in December 2007. We all enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an ideal location. The staff was pleasant and helpfull and the rooms were clean and modern. We will most certainly be back. Thank you!!

Room was ok., but cooked breakfast wasn't very nice

	it's easy to find

Straightforward city centre hotel. Convenient, good value and fine for a night or two. No restaurant but plenty nearby. Parking in NCP 500m away, £9.50 for 24 hours.
