Lady Anne Middletons Hotel

We were allocated room 2 for the period 19th - 21 Sept.It was very small indeed and we requested a larger room but were unsuccessful due to the hotel being full over the weekend.Your reception staff are great and very helpful,but there was one lady who would benefit from a "smiling"course.

	The foreign staff were excepionally friendly,helpful and professional
	Parking is a problem.

It met the need for a short overnight stay.

Very comfortable stay

	Everything especially the liqueur coffees!

The staff was kind and courteous. It was great to have wi fi access at the hotel.

I WAS MADE TO FEEL VERY WELCOLME .NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE.

	EVERYTHING, THE SURROUNDS, THE HOTEL,THE ROOM, THE OUTSIDE AREA FOR ME AS A SMOKER, THE BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB.THE POLITE STAFF.

i had a great time at the hotel, it was easy to book, being a novice, i was a little worried about putting my card details on line, it was my first time, booking on line i have not even shopped on line before if someone asked for personal details i would normally shut down. so i am glad i took the first step. the only problem that i had was that the booking was in my guests name although it was i that booked and it was my details that the hotel had,

	the actual hotel was just how i pictured it the hotel is quaint

We had a fantastic stay at the Lady Anne Middletons Hotel. The staff couldnt of been more helpful.We had a quante little cottage in the grounds which was a real surprise & a treat. It was very clean tidy & the Breakfast was more than adiquate. We will be staying there again the next time we visit York.

We had a very plesant stay ,the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Easy to get to and close to the town. We ate at the hotel one evening and were delighted with the way we were treated, would recomend the hotel and booking service with confidence.

	Close to town, very good food and a warm welcome from all.

Bedroom backing on to street. Too noisy to open windows so room was over-hot. Tired and dingy room. Poor value for money.

A very pleasant hotel, we would stay here again. It is close to the City (5 minutes walk), the staff were friendly and helpful, the double room we had was huge, the breakfast very good, a gym/sauna etc are within the complex, only complaint being I wish we could have stayed longer!!
