good located for me, nice staff but difficult to find parking place

bed cover was dirty and black mark on bedroom carpet. was advised it would be one big bed and one small bed for my child only to find it was two single rooms and one small bed. swimming pool was cold and no clear instructions on what was or what wasn't included in price. we used sauna and was told this was not included we apologised and left sauna only to be charged 50zl on the way out.
