Hotel System Premium Wroclaw

very nice people, work on this hotel, always with the smile..!!!

strange taste of water - so preparing tea/coffee is dangerous for health ;-) good breakfast with ... weather report (good idea!!)

The hotel is located basically in the suburbs, which the hotel information glosses over. The public transport to the centre is scarce. The pavement leading to the front door was, at the time of my visit, missing and one had to walk through mud to get inside. The rooms are decent, though small and overheated. In general, not a perfect place for weekend tourists to enjoy the Old Town of Wroclaw.

a little bit too far from the center city area but bor bus trip it is very ok. special mention to the restaurant too even tough it was just opened and without alcohol they are trying very hard so it is ok.

• It was not possible to get any alcoholic drinks.

When I was reviewing the hotels in Wroclaw, I mainly used web to review what kind of rooms there was available. It was a surprise that the room was so extremely small for 2 people.

• The breakfast on Fri-Sat mornings were excellent. Something happened and on Sunday we had no toaster nor the excellent coffee machine.
• The hotel room was too small for 2. I was also surprised that in reception there were people that could not speak at all English.

The location is a bit far from the centre. Once we learnt to use the bus, there was no problem. The hotel is well managed and everything is clean and tidy. However, you could not call it cosy. For a short stay it is OK.

• The room was really small. Somehow sterile.
