Holiday Inn Wroclaw

• good location, great breakfast
• rooms weren't ready on our arrival, rates were much higher than on the booking confirmation

Nice hotel, room very clean, staff very kind and professional, good location.

staff were very friendly but the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We were seated one evening and received menus and waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to take an order. when no one did we left in disgust. it wasnt as if they were busy, the restaurant wasnt even a quarter full. this spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.

e have never stayed in a Holiday Inn before and made our choice because it was the closest to the station. I expected Holiday Inns to be awful. We were actually extremely pleased, were very comfortable and we would think of making a Holiday Inn booking again.

The menu in the restaurent could be better, Breakfast great.

As a summary I would say everything was excellent.

• Just a minor thing which was a bit confusing at the breakfast, we took coffee from the thermos and it was not hot.
