This IBIS was not on a par with equivalent hotels in Cardiff or at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. Workmen had trodden mud on the carpet. The room was a non smoking room yet smelt of cigarettes.At breakfast there were no scrabbled eggs left to eat.
