The Fitzwilton Hotel

beautiful hotel but very noisey roadworks on sunday mornin at approx 7.30am only hit bed short while before lifts not workin and on 3rd floor and no signs to show u where u were goin nearly got lost food in bar ok but wouldn eat there again

Excellent overall, but unfortunately car parking facilities are a small discomfort. Food was excellent.

	Its convenience to city centre and to bus and train terminus.

nice hotel with friendly staff. it has a superb location in waterford city, 2 minutes from the main train station and only 10 mins walk from the heart of waterford city. the rooms were good, bathroom facilities very good too. overall i would definately recommend the fitzwilton hotel.

Lovely hotel, food in the retaurant excellent and great location, only missing one thing, a swimming pool and leisure centre.

We stayed in one of the hotel 2 bedroom apartments. They were very good value, centrally located and they seemed new. The apartment is supposed to cater or 4 people. One of the rooms only has a 4 foot bed which was uncomfortably small to share. We had to ask for additional towels, delph etc for the 4th person. The grill was unwashed (and had obviously been sitting dirty for a while judging by the smell) but the rest of the apartment was clean. It was advertised as having a dishwasher but it wasn't plumbed in and there were no cloths/tea towels provided. Having said that, I would stay there again, it is nice, convenient and good value, but its more suited to 3 people than 4. If the staff sorted out a few basic things it would be a brilliant place to stay.

	I liked that the kitchen/living room was big and spacious. One of the 2 bedrooms is very big. The beds were comfortable.
	Small second bed, insufficient delph, saucepans, the dishwasher wasn't connected, the grill pan was dirty.
