Novotel Warszawa Centrum

Perfect services, everything was in order and ready when we arrived. Room was always clean, although the language barrier was unbreakable, hotel staff rarely spoke English. Room service, cleaning, laundry are all excellent. The bar downstairs has a pleasant atmosphere as well, gym on the 31st floor was almost always empty and in mint condition. Location is everything, and there is hardly any better, 5 minutes from Novy Swiat, 5 from that big mall across from the Palace of Culture, etc.. Would definitely recommend it.

• Excellent room service, including room cleaning, taking care of the little details such as changing the bed sheets every day, bath accessories, etc.. Hotel bar is very warm and friendly, gym is very well equipped, free room internet access! (one of the major reasons for choosing the hotel).
• The room cleaning lady that spoke nothing but Polish and came rampaging through the door every morning at the same hour, 08h00. No way I could persuade her to come later. Maybe also when the hotel became very full, some kind of Jewish celebration I think, the elevators were a killer to take, although I did receive a nice envelope prior to this warning me of the imminent danger, and a complementary free drink, congratulations for the protocol.
