our room was situated above the night entrance, where people come in on all hours of the night in a very loud manner, also the luggage is carried with trunks on wheels which make a hell of a noice while being wheeled along the surface, result you get woken up by this !! |

I have choosen for Waalwijk out of others because it was the closest to my destination, within the prise I wanted to pay and available

Yes, nobody of your staff in the beakfastrestaurant did say anything by entering two days there in the morning. At least "good morning" would be guite normal. The reception staff was friendly, although I reported there the first morning that the coolbox of the minibar in my room (19) did not work. The lady at the desk promised me to send somebody to fix it. Coming back in the hotel the second evening, the coolbox was still out of order and everything inthere was warm. |

Nice hotel, friendly staff. It is in the center of Waalwijk and has a private parking. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Even though the hotel is more of a 'business'hotel, they are very friendly and quite equiped to have families. |

The restaurant does not have any children menu's, however there is a fine Chinese restaurant in town... |
