Hotel Restaurant Heintz

Found our stay at the Hotel to be quite pleasant, and the level of service excellent. The breakfast offering at 7 euro per person was a bit limited, but the dinner menu was superb. Wireless internet was available only in the dining area despite claim of availability throughout the hotel. Was rather disappointed that when we notified the hotel that we would be staying only three nights instead of two due to the weather, we were charged the full amount for the room, no adjustment allowed.

A very nice hotel in a pleasant town. The staff was quite helpful, and preformed their duties with a good sense of humor. We especially enjoyed the newly installed free WiFi. Free WiFi is becoming a rarity in Europe for no reason, because it is very cheap for the owners and gives good service for the traveler.

• We only spent one night in Vianden. The hotel restaurant was closed for the night we stayed there, so we are unable to critique the food.

• The whole location of the hotel itself and very friendly and clean rooms.

Verry nice Hotel and a verry good Diner. I wil stay there again.

• nice old hotel in a beautiful and centrally situated location. It's not very expensive and the rooms are clean.
• Two disadvantages: - the rooms are rather noisy and - the diner at the restaurant was not tasty; therefor, I will not recommend the restaurant

I liked the stay over there. Food is too expensive. In Vianden and whole Luxemburg it seems the same price for food. It is shame. It looks like a cartel.
