The Auberge du Chateau is a nice small hotel, ran by the owner and his wife. We had a great room with some nice beds and even a corner to sit in. He welcomed us in our own language (Dutch) and we had a wonderful time there. Vianden is a village perfect for resting, and has many opportunities to hike in the mountains. Luxemburg-city is under an hour by car and well worth a visit. The hotel was clean, big and cosy.
