great hotel easy to locate. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Definitely close to all attractions. Would stay there again when visiting Venice. Value for money excellent. Would find it hard to fault this hotel.

- the breakfast tables and chairs were very tighty and narrow....More space for the dressing table and the breakfast place in general, will be appreciated.
