We had a wonderful time. Only criticism, no ventilation in the rooms, didn't want to leave the sliding door open at night because of safety.

We are regular visitors (for at least 10 years) and find this an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, in any season. Re comfort: we pointed out some years ago that the new curved bedheads and small bedside tables are less comfortable and convenient than the previous low, wide shelf bedheads. We hope they'll be changed back in time! We also find constant improvements in the facilities (tho' we regret the end of the Yoga sessions). The restaurant, the cafes and the bar have been renewed and enlarged and are now even more convenient and attractive. Re the downstairs Relax Room: we've been to a Spa in Gran Canaria where the relaxation room has single water beds, soft lights and music. No doubt expensive to install, but the most relaxing room we've ever known! I believe Thermae never closes, which may explain why some of the outdoor pool linings outside are not quite as spotless as before -- but this is a minor cosmetic problem, not a structural fault.

Very good atmosphere. Relaxing from beginning to end. Live music was positive surprise !
