The room, the ambiance, the central location

I believe that wifi should be provided for free in hotels nowadays. 15 Euros for 24 hours access is exorbitant. The machines in the free area were old and slow

The location is excellent. While it is located in the center of Valencia, it is also not on a busy, noisy street. The staff has good English skills, and most all were very helpful.

In our room, it seemed that the bathroom needed some repairs. We have heard that this hotel may be torn down. It would be very sad for us. We have enjoyed four stays in this hotel and would love to return.

I had fool bathroom equipment - bath (not only shower), soap, shampoon and shawing equip. (since I couldnt take them in hand laguage).

We very much appreciated the extra map sent to us by the booking clerk and particularly the facility to have our car parked for us, after a pretty stressful drive through Valencia.

We were aware that tea/coffee making facilities were not included in the rooms, but even so, they were missed. Our bathroom needed a little updating, but we made that known to the hotel staff.

TV came on at 2 and 4 o'clock in the night automatic. Noice from drinking people at 03 in the night at the outdoor chairs frokm neighbour restaurant

The location! But also the friendly and helpful staff.
