Holiday inn is comfortable and fair value
Its just a shame that the food is all micro waved.
I will always choose somewhere alse if possible because I would like to enjoy a reasonable meal

Staff and service and the range of breakfast included
Overflow carpark quite dark and near road with lots of theft warnings did not make us feel comfortable about the safety of the car overnight.

Very good place to stay , good location easy to find.
I booked a family room and it had only been prepared for a couple.

Awesome location, pleasant hotel and a good price, I would return if visiting the Rose Bowl.
It was all good
Breakfast, a full english would have topped it off nicely.

The helpfullness of the staff, the food and overall ambience of the Hotel where all top class.
Having stayed at many similar class hotels during my working life, you grow to expect the useuel mediocre suroundings/service. However what a pleasant surprise awaited us when we arrived at Holiday inn Express Southampton. Really helful staff, clean pleasant well equiped rooms, a most relaxing stay.

Not everyone gets to the hotel from the M27. Additional instructions that included access from the A334 would be helpful.

Very clean and comfortable stay It is not expensive and reasonable value for money Not the world's best breakfast; but you get what you pay for. Would use it again.

Dear Sir, Overall, its the second time we have stayed there, but the last time we were disappointed with room 225. It was very cold, with a tiny radiator, that did not heat room. So cold we asked for an extra blanket, which came straight away. We asked to see the assistant manager.When she came we told what had gone off, & apparently we had been given an disabled room, I am on two sticks, but not wheelchair bound. Also the room was a very long way from the lifts. Totally, unsuitable for the two of us.
Apart from the roomeverything was ok.
Room 225 too big & too cold
