Easy access, great breakfast, super location
Too stuffy in bedrooms. Hotel really does need refurbishing - the bedrooms are really tired and a bit grotty.

No tooth paste, shower cap in the bathroom, worn-out dressing gowns, stains on bed linen and quiet dusty.

Hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities , staff friendly and welcoming as well as efficient> Having stayed previously room quality appears to vary
Found the bar area to be cold , it was a particularly cold evening but the heating seemed inadequate

Bar drinks served well close to all ports that was important to us.
No mini bar in room its always nice after long journey being able to get a drink, having to wait down in reception when fire alarm went of in middle of night and no one knowing why and just waiting around.

Excellent breakfast.
Bedrooms in need of an upgrade, especially bathrooms. Mine was none too clean. TV reception was poor, as was choice and number of channels.

The bed. It was uncomfortable and should have been at least a Queen instead of just a Double. Not enough space for hanging clothes.

Simply we felt very comfortable and well looked after in a hotel which has good facilities.
It is time they bought softer pillows.
