Sofitel Grand Sopot

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Art Deco decor was pleasing to the eye and very very comfortable. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. As the purpose of ur visit was to celebrate two fiftieth birthdays the hotel very kindly provided a free of charge upgrade to an executive room with a sea view, as well as a birthday cake and fruit.

	The location of the hotel was fantastic and the staff and facilities were exeptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
	The door to the shower enclosure did not fit correctly and as a result a large amountt of water seeped into the bathroom. On the second morning I had forgotten to wipe the water up and when I went back into the bathrooom, I slipped and fell. I did inform the duty manager and the water was cleaned up immediately, but the water still leaked on the 3rd morning.

The best hotel in Sopot, good value for money. Breakfast buffet is good but relatively expensive.

	Great welness center. Good curtains in the room, blocking daylight in the morning. Good quality of bathroom products (soap, body lotion, etc ...)
	Check out was a bit slow in the morning. I had to wait 30 minutes at the reception to pay the bill and there was only one other guest before me. The lady was running around, taking phone calls, answering collegues, filling forms, etc... all while making my bill.

Neither ashtray nor cups were washed. While using swimming pool I was disappointed while seeing your manager entering the facility with a customer in order to show the swimming pool....... both of them were wearing their shoes (while I was there bare-footed...... well strange feeling or maybe I was just an economy class client?). Wooooops, one more: check your "wireless" access in the cafe-bar. Within 15 minutes I was disconnected twice.
