Clarion Apartments

The layout of the hotel seems to be all over the place. You are constantly in and out of lifts trying to get to your room. Hotel itself is lovely.

	The apartment was very nice.
	The layout - the rooms and apartments were not the easiest to get to.

The ajoining door took 3 hours to get unlocked and there was no hot water for showers in the morning,

When arriving at the hotel, and going to find our room, there was no light in the hallway and we had to find our room in pitch darkenss. After that , we got no hot water in our room. We called for assisstance but the problem was not remedied so we asked the room to be changed. Although they immediately answered to our request, the new room had leaks in the drainage and every time we took a bath, the hallway outside our room flooded. This caused the staffers to barge into our room two times. This caused us to worry every time we took a bath, about the water leaking and not knowing when people will barge into our room.

	Althougn the rooms are called apartments, the kitcheb is not equipped with necessities and there is no coin laundromat in the facility so I do not advise long stays there.

The hotel is very disjointed, no character with horrendous decor in the bar and dining room. The bedroom was pleasant enough but the roof above creeked all night in the wind. A porter using a pass key to enter the room whilst I was in the bath and would not leave insisting that he was opening the connecting door to the next room, until there was a row. The hotel is aware this happened and offered a free breakfast for the disturbance.

	Not a lot, woudl not recommend it at all.

We found the Clarion Apartments excellent, a bit of a treck from the reception area, through restaurant, down lift, corridors etc but worth it on arrival at the room.  Only 3 of everything in the kitchen (cups / plates/ etc) which was disappointing as the apartments could offically hold up to 5 people....

	The size of the apartments, they were fabulour.
	The smell of Chlorine in the reception area on arrival.

Throughly enjoyed stay and will definitely return. Apartment very spacious and met our needs.

I found the hotel to be very good in every aspect and would stay again.

brlliant/ we stayed in the appartments i could not fault a thing. from the food down to staff. and no need to be walk outside to get to the hotel as there is a warm well lit tunnel connecting u to the hotel.

We stayed in the hotels apartments and they where brilliant. There was plenty of space and the beds were huge. I would definately recomend this hotel to anyone. We went for a hen party thats why we stayed in the apartments but I'll def be going back later on in the year to stay in the hotel.

	Everything was lovely ans staff where more than helpful.
	N o I couldn't fault this hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable

	rooms were not cleaned/towels changed on one of the days
