SHA Villa

We were only there 1 nite. Rooms were adequate but kind of run down for the price. Dining room and food were excellent, as was the staff. Hope that helps.

Had trouble with the air conditing system. I was moved to another room but the problem was the same. Maybe a good maintenance program for the A/C systems might be raised upon.

The British style of the building is very attractive. The superior rooms are well furnished but will be nicer with more pictures while the standard rooms need improvement. Food is reasonable with the room rate. The location is good. Staff are very nice.

The concept of the hotel in a colonial settings sounded wonderful, but I was greatly disappointed with the service & the cleanliness of the hotel. It is a pity that it is so poorly maintained and managed.

	1) The in-efficient service at the reception (they were slow & ill-informed). 2) The Rosette! I had enjoyed dinning at your restaurant years ago,but I was disppointed! 3) Lastly, the room was so under-condition and it smells. The toilet condition was appalling; & the coffee pot, cups & glasses were dirty & stained.

This is a very good hotel in services. However, staffs should improve English more
