Royal Plaza On Scotts

Had booked the hotel over the internet. One of the deciding factors was the included breakfast and the free mini bar which consisted of 2 canned beers and soft drinks. Rather disappointing.

	Choice of breakfast was good.
	Being interrupted by housekeeping to spray the room within one hour of check in when we were trying to sleep after a long night flight.

Exceeded our expectations: Staff member summarrised our experience when he said, "It's all about service."

Be hard to beat what you get at this hotel Only a minor issue with a long check time this visit, and the price has gone up quite a bit since I first stayed there (but so have all Singapore prices).

	Generally excellent in terms of location, comfort, staff friendliness and services

Very good in service, very nice and comfortable room for two person.If more than two person, you have to choose a bigger room.Because there is no space to put an extra bed in a standard room.

	All the food is Halal and very good in taste.

Expensive room rates during weekdays.

	The overall hotel environment was peaceful even though the hotel is located next to the shopping area.
	Hope they will consider for Krisflyer miles accumulation as Singapore Airlines is the National Airlines.

I loved the location and the nearby conveniences. The recently upgraded rooms were very pleasant and comfortable. On the whole, it was a most pleasurable stay for my family and I.

the hotel is in an ideal location if you want shopping and access to the MRT for traveling around. For me there were a few basic school boy errors, which as it was my first visit to Singapore, might just be the norm in all hotels there. -the room service menu was almost non existent and for a 5 star hotel had limited hours - my body clock especially had a hard time adjusting. -the swimming pool was, for at least 50% of my stay, unavailable after 5pm due to numerous corporate / wedding functions -whilst the "free mini bar" was quite heavily advertised - for me I was slightly disappointed to discover this purely meant a couple of bottles of water, cans of cola and tiger beer! -there was no hotel directory letting you know about the services the hotel offers. overall the hotel is nicely presented and very clean and the rooms are nice and spacious. i personally wouldn't stay there again - i think you can probably get a cheaper hotel that would suit your needs.

	- the staff out the front of the hotel - the guys who hail your taxi's and help with your luggage - were absolute gems - they seemed to work very long hours but were always happy to help, with smiles on their faces, and couldn't seem to do enough for you. - the hotel rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable - free wi-fi in your rooms

i think it was bad imagine due to checking counter staff because they some raised up for the fare even i brought that boucher and the room is standard as the different floor as the club delux anyway i will use to Euro booking but it should not the royal plaza and also they conserned the guest for only one as same as printed one caused i requested amend and thanks
