The location of the hotel was very good within easy walking of the main sites of the city. The staff were not very helpful and were rude in some cases.
The hotel looked run down for a realtively new hotel and the staff were unfriendly

Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, it was kept clean and it was assured that no disturbance was caused to the guests

Ok for me. Congratulations for the staff: extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet outstanding.
The location near the centre of the city. Almost all places of interest are within walking distance which is very convenient. The services offered by the staff.
Couldn't think of any negative criticism as far as the hotel is concerned.
If you'll allow me one comment in the margin.... In spite of the substantial discount of 25% offered by the hotel for the use of the parking garage nearby I can't agree
with the quite high prices charged. Especially for travellers staying over a number of days in a parking place that pretends to be "public".
