The Donatello Hotel

The Donatello is badly in need of renovation.

	Service was very good.

Comfortable, spacious, clean and well decorated room. Good location for a traveler like me, who likes to stay near Union Square (best for business and leisure!). Staff is helpful. Excellent service and r&b singer in the piano bar… Breakfast with a view in the upper floor lounge is simple but has everything one needs to get going.

	Wine tasting with a plus, and the opportunity to share with other guests in a friendly atmosphere.
	I would like a make-up mirror and a shower cap in the bath next time!

We stayed for 4 nights as it was my husbands 60th birthday, the manager even put 2 bottles of wine in the room to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had 3 great rooms and the hotel was close to everything. The staff were very good as nothing was to much bother for them. My son his partner and my 2 daughters really enjoyed their stay and would like to visit again in the near future.

	Friendliness of the staff and comfort of the hotel

We have absolutely no complaints. We have stayed in San Fran before and have spent alot more money and recieved a lot less value. We will be back and have told our friends as well who payed up to twice as much for half the value!!!

	The rooms were big, clean the beds were great and the staff was fantastic

IN OUR ROMM 919, IT COULD USE A NEW MATTRESS. THE ONE WE HAD WAS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE, BUT OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE NOTHING BUT COMPLEMENTS.

	THE LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER.THE SERVICE FROM ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
	JUST THE MATTRESS AS MENTIONED ABOVE.

The rate was reasonable. The room was very clean and big. My favorite item was beautiful colored bed. And it was very comfortable.

Great hotel in a great location, 2 mins walk to Union Square, rooms are great size & has a kitchette - fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Staff all very helful.

The only thing i fell uncomfortable is the breakfast.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful location. I'd recommend to anyone.
