Grand Hôtel Des Thermes

It was the only hotel in almost three weeks of travel where the staff was rude to us. We were in a new wing of the hotel. The room was tiny and very very hot. It looked out onto a roof surrounded by rooms, so there was not even a street view. They had no air conditioning. Even though it was only 22 Celcius outside, the room felt like it was between 25 and 30 Celcius. The most that they could offer us was an electric fan which was loud and not acceptable for the class of hotel that it portrayed itself to be. Out of all the first class hotels that we stayed in over two weeks, this was definitely the only one that we were disappointed in. We had asked for no meals included but they tried to bill us for breakfast anyway. Our car was supposed to be waiting for us at 6:30 in the morning but we had to wait about 15 minutes.
