The sea view, helpful reception staff
To be honest, I do not rate this hotel at all, we booked a double room - the room had bunk beds in, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room was old and tatty, with no bath and a small shower with not much hot water.
The breakfast was not very nice and not particularly hot, I had trouble making the breakfast staff understand me, I think there was a bit of a language barrier.
In the end we checked out and stayed in another hotel.
To be fair to them, they did not charge me for the rest of my stay and the reception staff where very helpful

Second visit to this hotel. As before, found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Room was excellant. clean and well stocked with kettle, soaps, shampoo etc. Pool area good. Would have liked evening entertainment as hotel is a 10 min walk to centre (for the fit) I am disabled and the bus that passed the hotel finished at 5.50pm. Would reccommend hotel to other guests
The food was varied, hot and good. The pool was a good temperature and always clean.

This hotel is tired and could do with a large ammount of money spent on it. I believe that it will be demolished in the future sothis will not happen. The staff are very pleasant and the food was good.

Staff excellent, Hotel could be updated,faulty tap in bathroom which although we reported did not get fixed. Tends to be for older clientele and dinner service a little early, 6.30-8pm. Breakfast, wide choice but eggs etc left under heat for 2 hours,not good. Great location for town and beach, bus stop outside hotel,good bus service but stops at 6.30pm approx.

Nice clean room overlooking the sea. The hotel is in a good location, with many places to eat nearby. Very sad that it might be demolished and apartments built on the site, it would spoil the character of the area.

We enjoyed our stay. wish there was a mini fridge in the room. could do with a new mattress on the bed. staff were excellent nothing was too much for them. i would go back to jersey in the future.
Sightseeing from hotel was so easy.

We only had two nights at the hotel so can't write much of a review.Staff were very helpful, when we mentioned that the occupants of the room above our rooms were very noisy our room was changed immediately to a quieter location.
The position of the first room we occupied was very pleasant and bright overlooking the beach and sea with a view right around the bay.
We found the beds very uncomfortable and could feel the springs through the mattresses.
