Ruthin Castle Hotel

Deluxe room very comfortable.excellent meal in resturant and good breakfast.Beautiful grounds and realxing atomsphere. Will stay again soon.

A real experience - lovely grounds, comfortable bedroom, good public rooms and garden. Restaurant food was good, staff a bit surly compared to the friendly reception staff. Be aware that on our two nights the hotel was overrun with boisterous wedding guests even on Sunday - but you can close the door of the Cornwallis room! Good place to invite friends for a drink.

Beautiful old fashioned style hotel with lovely gardens. Spacious room if decor somewhat tired. Food good

	Rain dripping through the ceiling - but then it was the wettest July on record!

The building and grounds were beautiful, however, the first room we were shown to was abysmal, very basic and extremely small. Bed headboard at an angle, and a feeling of being in the dungeons, or at the very least - servants quarters! After complaining we were given another room, only moderately better. Considering I booked this room some time before - I would have expected better, knowing that other guests had plasma TV's, 4 poster beds etc.
