Overall - It was a pleasant experience.

	Yes, the entrance and hallway did not smell fresh. And it was difficult to locate the reception area - need better signage.

I was transferred to the next street where the hotel had rooms to. The room was small,for to sleep it was ok no compains. To spent time in the room in a comfortable way no.

	The possibility to have the meals on the terrace near the water is perfect !! and the food is superb

With an overral rate of 7 the Hotel must be placed among the best family hotels of the town. The specific character of having reception and rooms separately is also charming. Maybe installing a telephone and a small refrigeration box is also necessary.

Nice little place in the centre of the town. Ideal place for a one-night stay when you are alone and do not expect great luxury. Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room (but very small indeed).
