Very good Hotel Ideal for Golfers only a few minutes from the exellent Playa Serena Golf course close to beaches and bars /shops but they forgot my early phone call nearly missed my tee off for important competition.

I realise it was out of season, but trying to communicate with the staff was a chore. I speak basic spanish, but they were unwilling to speak slowly or find a member of staff that spoke English or some English to assist with my questions.
