Torre Rossa Park Hotel

Great set-up, nice location, pleasant atmosphere, reasonable price not just for the rooms but for the souvenirs and snacks as well. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection for the guests and the dining room was also comfortable and spacious. The room was cozy and it wasn't hot inside which I found extremely comfortable.

	The breakfast buffet service staff weren't always friendly but that probably could be attributed to the fact that I don't speak Italian and they weren't so proficient in English.

Not good, expected the rooms to be larger and cleaner. We were sent to a room that was still occupied. Finally got another room that had no hangers and was dirty. Air Conditioning unit was making so much noise that we had to shut it off in the evening. Staff was NOT responsive to giving us another room.

	1. Had to ask to have bedspread removed due to it being dirty on first day. 2. Door lock to room was broken and had to be fixed twice during our stay. 3. Air Conditioning system was noisy/dirty and had to be repaired during our stay.

Nice hotel. Value for money. On departure we asked for Taxi to airport. The hotel phoned private driver.The fare was €100 but at reception desk the fare was advertised €45 for taxi(which we requested)....The hotel lost €55
