Starhotels Metropole

I thought the staff were very friendly at the reception desk and very helpful, nice to be greeted with a smile. We would have also liked a king size bed instead of two single beds together.

• The room was very small and very hot, would like to have been able to regulate the temperature of the room

Staff: friendly. Room: quiet, clean, really comfortable (electric kettle, beds, ...) but too warm (it didn't work). Breakfast: ok

A great hotel, staff were very helpful and location is perfect just being a few minute walk from the train station. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel...the facilities are beautiful.

A bit poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. very small room for 3 persons. very good location. perfect for tourism.

We had a disappointment when we first arrived, because even though we booked 2 triple rooms, the rooms were only prepaired for two people. And since we arrived late at night we had to wait for a while for the third bed to get ready and that was a great discomfort since we were very tired after a long trip. Other than that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly, they answered all our questions and they were ready to help with all our needs. Breakfast though was not up to first class standards.
