Serendipity

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and of good standard. We were lucky and were able to park right outside for free as parking restrictions temporarily lifted for some reason. Only a short walk to Termini railway and metro stations from where one can travel anywhere in Rome. Numerous doors that you need to be "buzzed" through but this was never really a problem as staff on duty 24 hours.

	Ideal budget location for sightseeing stay in Rome without being too far out or having to compromise on room standard
	Breakfast was below average. You get a voucher to exchange for a croissant, orange juice and cup of coffee in a cafe the other side of the building - go for room only.

The hotel was very well placed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was much smaller than advertised but it was kept clean and tidy. We did not realise from the website that it wa not a traditional hotel, nore like a hostel. As such, there was no dining area and breakfast was in a separate building across the road.

	The location to the Metro station was good.
	The breakfast was awful and there was nowhere to sit (like a lounge), so if we were back in the hotel we had to sit in our room the whole time.
