Prestige Guest House

1. The website depicted or gave the impression that Prestige Guest House was a boutique hotel, not a B & B and also, site gave the impression of larger rooms than what they actually are. There is difference between the two types of lodging! 2. Reception area was literally outside our room - maybe 3 steps at best from our room door; which gave the feeling of being very encroached; no real privacy as there was always someone at the desk, right there, outside our roomdoor; almost claustrophic. 3. Our stay was from Friday to Monday early am and eventhough the reception desk person (s) on staff tried to do their best, (they alternated between two people) they were not the most capable, efficient staff - case in point, we experienced problems using international toll free calling numbers to address an urgent credit card issue; we could not get through because their system shut down and reception person on staff at the time did not know how to resolve the problem (which we found out afterwards it involved resetting a switch); a senior technical person had to come to the B & B to resolve this; he was very professional, accomodating and tried to make up for the major inconvenience. Our final room rate was reduced as a result and we were given a very generous gift basket of wine / fruit to enjoy. For this, we feel the customer service response was quite adequate and it was appreciated.

	Location - close to Spanish Steps, etc. Very very clean; well kept; with up-to-date modern ammenities, i.e. wireless technology connection, etc. Very professional, on the ball, full time reception / booking person - Romina Marsili.
	Very small, claustrophobic, weekend staff very pleasant, very accomodating but not very efficient or capable in dealing with our telephone communication interruption issue which as a result, we wasted one morning in waiting for senior technical person to come in person to resolve the issue.

Nice place to stay when requiering peace after long walks in the city. No disturbing traffic. Lovely to get the breakfast in the room. Everybody were kind and helpful, ready to assist with any questions.

	Sound proof door could have been handy.

The staff was awailable all the time and very helpful in all respects. Entrance is jus an ordinary entrance to flats, but that is no problem as they have video surveillance of all visitors

	Friendly people and nice bathrooms
	. Better explanation of how aircondition worked. Butn we found out about it.
