Main reason for choosing Hotel Veneto Rome: Rate
Room and rest of hotel was clean, most staff very friendly and helpful; decent location, quiet, simple
Breakfast was inconsistent, from ok to good; strange extra charge (€3!) for a boiled egg. not allowed to take coffee outside breakfast room; no comfortable lobby space

Main reason for choosing Hotel Veneto Rome: Location
Way overrated. unfirendly reception staff - breakfast included, but if you wish a boiled egg: 3 euro :-)

Main reason for choosing Hotel Veneto Rome: Facilities
The hotel was still beeing refurbished while we had the impression that it was all done when we booked. Our bathroom wasn't finished (still some plaster work to be done) and the shutters broke on the following morning. No bath, just shower, while it was said we should have one in booking process.
Staff were really helpful.
It's linked to a 4 star hotel next to it and you have to walk along corridors to reach their bar. No seat in the lobby.

Breakfast room is very crowded and under-staffed. The coffee and bread are not impressive at all. The room I stayed is newly decorated and hence is clean and new. Bed is comfortable too. Air-conditioning is good. Room and bathroom are spacious. Check-in was slow. Location is good; just 15 min walk to Spanish Steps or 20 min walk to Via Del Corso. There is a supermarket two blocks away. Restaurants on Via Veneto are easily accessible.
Newly decorated and hence cleaniness

Main reason for choosing Hotel Veneto Rome: Location
Value for money, very convenient location to discover Rome walking and easy to get in from and back to the airport - close to Roma Termini train station. Clean, comfortable, very OK.
Value for money
The breakfast choice is not 100%, but coffee is hot ;-)

Main reason for choosing Hotel Veneto Rome: Location
Veneto Hotel is located in a very quiet street, very near from Via Veneto, but a little bit distant from the Rome attractions and the crowd. Everything was fine, except for the breakfast, very poor. The room was very nice, even though small. I would stay again in the same hotel.
